we little startup game developers located in Egypt we had android app on Google Play Called "MONOPOLY LITE" and it is different from Monopoly.
Hesbro lawyer reported copyright MONOPOLY, US, 0326723
Google Play Destroyed our startup business for this claim
we asked local Lawyer and after study he said
"Monopoly Lite" is not "Monopoly"
"monopoly" DOES NOT covers all "monopoly + word" games
proof 1 : MONOPOLY PLAYMASTER Id: 1214206 a game for xx not owned by Hasbro
proof 2 : anti-monopoly game for Ralph Anspach
proof 3 : If "monopoly" covers all "monopoly++" so HASBRO would not have purchased the following trademarks

"MONOPOLY TOWN 76679086"
"MONOPOLY TYCOON 2773960"
"MONOPOLY CASINO 75759102"

but No One Own "Monopoly Lite"
he said that the claim is copyfraud and we must ask for compensation
what shall we do ?
A key factor in determining Trademark infringement is whether there will be “likelihood of confusion with an existing registered mark.” Based only on the facts you’ve provided, the issue here isn’t so much Hasbro has carts Blanche claim to any multi-word mark using Monopoly + another word, but more that the word Lite already has an implied secondary meaning. The words “Monopoly Lite” implies that your game is a scaled-down version of Hasbro’s Monopoly game. It’s very likely that this would cause confusion amongst consumers who see your game monopoly lite, and think that it’s based on the original Monopoly game. I have 50/50 custody with my son and his father. Today we had a school open house it was fathers visitation day and he was bringing 9 year old our son to school. Father knew he was meeting me at school at 5pm. Father shows up at 5;20 and our son told me he was just at my house picking up his computer. I said how did you get into my house and my son said the sliding glass door wasnt locked all the way.
Now father said he waited in the car while my son went in but still father has no right when he knows I am not home to let my son into my house without me there right? I had my computer on, personal info on the table etc. My ex has been threatening me with letters from his attorney to try for full custody in recent months..he has been trying for years thus we dont have a healthy relationship. Is it illegal for what my ex did..its not the first time this is just the first time he tried this time my door was unlocked. WHat are my rights here? The police said I had none I said that doesnt sound right I own the house no one else. My child is in fathers custody at the time I am not at home I see sooo many issues here plus they left my front gate leading to the sliding glass door wide open so now I had two doors open to my house for anyone else to get into.
How do I handle this besides the obvious keeping my house locked.
my lawyer did not do his job
I hired a lawyer to take care of my divorce, but in 2002 i had started divorce proceedings but did not know that the divorce had been finalized. My current lawyer said that he would check to see if it had, before proceeding with this divorce proceeding, but he did not and now i found out that i have been divorced since august of 2002, but i am trying to get my money back that i gave him and he says i can not, but he did not do the check first before proceeding should i be able to get my money back, he did not do his job.
