Well he was arrested and now he had a probation revocation hearing next week but they moved it till June and we wanted to know if he would be able to get a pr bond since he hasn't been to court yet
The chances of getting a PR bond in Travis County will depend on the allegations in the probation revocation motion and the number of times the State has previously moved to revoke his probation, along with the defendant's criminal history, record of appearing in court, and housing stability. Judges are more open to granting a PR bond right now to limit the jail population in the midst of the health crisis, so it's worth a shot to have an attorney approach the judge to request a PR bond.
