Wednesday after noon I got a call from my dhs case worker informing me she filed a motion for immediate removal because she thought the kids were in danger...of what? She wouldn't tell me. I have done everything from appointments Evals etc for my children. I even went above and beyond and got ahead of the game before a family team and set up play therapy for my 5 yr old daughter. They have accused me of starving my children beating and abusing my children neglecting them and intentionally harming them. I have never done any of those things. I'm not perfect I've made mistakes as a parent but I'm being condemned odor them because dhs thinks unidentified trama in a psyche evaluation was caused my me. I've talked to my daughters therapist and he believes because dhs has removed her before that the trama is subconsciously got her disconnected and that is why she acts out because she doesn't know if and when she is going to be snatched away again. And she has! My 5 yr old has PTSD already from being removed from my home. Help me please! My lawyer is no help at all. I did all they wanted and it hasn't done any good. Please!

It sounds like you need to do exactly what DHS says with a smile on your face and a song in your heart. If you do everything and do it right they'll be out of your life in about 8 months. If you want to get into a brawl with them, it will surely end up in termination proceedings. I assume you have reports from reputable physicians that can validate your claims?
