The court awarded CPS to place my child in temporary foster care with his grandmother which is his father's mom. My case worker is supposed to set up she visits a week for 2 hours supervised visits and she has not stayed in contact with me nor has been scheduling my visits.
First order of business for you is to determine if non-emergency aspects of DCFS are functioning. Assuming this is a an actual court case, you may find that local court coronavirus protocols have shunted this off the docket, as is the case in my locale. Check for formal policy info as to coronavirus: (1) on the DCFS website, (2) the applicable circuit court website; (3) the applicable circuit clerk website.

I am a Pakistani citizen living in U.S (with a green card). I was recently convicted of a DUI felony and are still on probation. Can i travel to U.K to attend my sister's wedding if judge allows me to leave the country for that occassion? Does U.K forbid American felons to come into their country? Is there anything that I can do to make it possible for myself?
