What happens if I overstay my visa due to COV-19 quarantine?

Yes, overstay will cause problems in the future.

You might be banned from entering the U.S., have problems with obtaining nonimmigrant/immigrant visas.

Try not to overstay even by one single day. Book an earlier flight if you can.

Yes, it will affect your ability to return to the US. To be absolutely safe, do not overstay your visa. Book an earlier flight if you have to.
