Unfortunately, without insurance it is hard to collect on claims or judgments from at fault drivers. You may want to speak to a local attorney to see if there is something more you can do in your State. Ask about a small claims court and the process you can use in your State to try to obtain payment for the damages to your truck.
If you have collision coverage on your insurance, you can file a claim against it to cover your property damage. If you have uninsured motorist (UM) coverage, that would cover your losses for any injuries you sustained.
