My husband is here on a conditional green card. When we got married we did all the forms and the affidavit of support. With everything going on with coronavirus.. if I am laid off from my job will applying for unemployment affect his conditional green card status or will it affect us when we go to remove the conditions later this year. The I-751 does not ask for another affidavit of support. Just trying to be prepared if something does happen.
