She went and dropped charges his PD secretary keep saying he doesn't qualify for a bond hearing because he had an open case. Listen if coronavirus wasn't out here maybe him and the girlfriend could use the time apart but with this covid-19 and his hiv not good because the misconception is hiv is dangerous to others but others put hiv person in great danger due to germs. Venting your frustrations, proclaiming your son's innocence or stating the PD's unwillingness or incompetence on the internet is pointless.
Worried mom should hire a private lawyer or wait (quietly and patiently) for the PD to do their job.
