Predjudice
In two employees are having a
conversation, and a third employee
overhears the conversation and is
offended by a name that was said
and tells the employer that he was
offended, id the employer required to
reprimand the employee who said
the name.
I named an employer owned PDA
''toby'' . I was telling the other
employee this because he referred to
all company PDA's as ''Pedro'' the
third employee who over herd this is
african american and I am not sure
why he took offence and noone I
know is sure either but the employer
gave me an oral reprimand (written
as record for my employee file)
Is the employer required to do
this???
