Other Than Honorable Discharge
Received from Navy in 1969
I was in viet nam and my dd 214n
says I have 2 years plus on foreign
sea duty, i was in siagon on land
and in the war zone I was given
an undiserable discharge which was
administrative in nature, Am I still a
viet nam veteran or not? what benefits do I have with such a discharge?
Re: Other Than Honorable Discharge
You should contact the Red Cross to apply for an upgrade in your discharge. You are considered a war time veteran and I believe you may be eligible for medical care with the existing discharge but for many other benefits you need an upgrade.
