The case is person A and person B are married, and they have property. But then person a past away. Person B get married to another person, which is person C. Now person C is claiming that he can do anything he want to person B and he also claiming as the owner of the property of person B and her late husband, because he said that he is married to person B.

The question is: Is person C have the right in targeting the property of person B and her late husband?

If a student has a 504 plan and fails a class, can the grade be contested if the teachers did not follow the 504 plan?

I migrated from Pakistan in 2000, At the time I did not know much about the education system in US.

At that time, I only had a high school certificate from Pakistan not from USA. They signed me up up for the course or I signed up for the course at ITT Tech in 2002 not knowing I will owe about $42000.00 for that course.

I still have been doing the same thing to make the living, that I used to do before signing up for the

School. I did,t get any benefit from this education.

I am in a Fraternity that is trying to force certain members of us to turn over our academic college grades. They are imposing fines on us if we do not turn them over. Is this not a violation of the Privacy Act or something similar to it? We never agreed to this when we joined this organization. The executive board which is made up of fellow college students voted on it and is enforcing it when it was never discussed by the general body. Thank you for your time.
