2nd Degree in Theft
HI i stole 700 dollars and 350 from my job and got caught, and confessed to them that i did. I am 17 years old about to be 18 in MAy 23, i know i will have to pay them back plus the douable amount but will i have to serve jail time? i have a clean record, never been in trouable with the law, and regret doing what i did. any advice of what might happen?
