If my father remarries and together his new wife buy something together. If he his the main person on the contract and she is the co-buyer, my father dies and if she dies who will receive the things they bought together, they never had any children together, but my father and mother had three, and this woman he married has two children by someone else.

If the person has a will, the will controls.

Without a will, then the State of Texas has written laws on how the estate will be divided.

It is complicated and you need to meet with an attorney face-to-face.

Most will charge you an hour of their time. It is well worth it.
