Abuse From Son and Daughter -in-law
My Son and his wife abuse me verbal, emotional, and my Son said he could
take me out of his life, because ''I am just that cold''...His Wife comes from a very wealthy family and she has a major truss fund, so she also uses that to control and make me sick. I have Fibromyalgia and it's cost me for the last 3 years. Now they have totally disowned me as Mother and Grandmother. Can I sue my son and his wife? I am 60 years old...that would make me a senior abused Mother.

Although I am an elder law attorney and not a personal injury attorney, from the facts you have given I don't know of a cause of action you could sue under. However, I do suggest you resubmit your question to a personal injury attorney.
