administrate appeal
I need help in a civil case that involves an administrative appeal. I've been asked to produce a ''RULE 12. Motion for judgment on the pleadings''. I also need to answer a counterclaim. I need help preparing these forms. Especially the motion. I don't know what the motion is or what it is for. Any suggestions would be helpful.
