alzheimer's

when someone with alzheimers refuses to go to assisted living or nursing care, who is held leagally responsible for her actions, the patient or the next of kin?

The next of kin need to have the family member with alzheimers interdicted and seek to have them placed into an assisted living or nursing care facility if the family members are concerned about the alzheimers patient's actions.
