Art Contest
I want to have an art contest among middle school aged children in order to obtain a logo for my business. I plan on paying $100 to the winner and using the logo on printed business material. How should I go about obtaining full rights to the logo once a winner is chosen? Are there any other legal do's and don't's I should be aware of?
