It is provided you have properly legally homesteaded it prior to the bankruptcy. This entails recording both a Declaration of Domicile and Citizenship in Florida and a Notice of Homestead Exemption by Owner of Real Property Before Sale in the county which you reside at the local Clerk's Office.
