I am having marital problems and have been staying with my parents in a different town than my spouse. Should I get some kind of legal form to obtain custody of our 3 year old daughter? I am also 3 months pregnant.

Is your daughter with you? If she's with you, you don't need anything unless your spouse starts complaining--at least right now you don't.
