if i sign over my right to my child will i still have to pay child support?

No one is going to let you sign over your rights to your child unless there is someone else who is ready to step up and fulfill your responsibilities by adopting your child. There are lots of daddys, and even some mommys, out there who would love to write off their children and not have to pay child support, but it doesn't work that way.
