Child Support

If a woman has a child by a man, but the child does not know his/her father and the woman remarries and has children with the 2nd man who then raises the child as his own and then divorces man #2 does the 2nd man have to pay child support on all children or just his biological children

Just the children born of the marriage.

In the past have had occasion to represent people with a similar situation.

Please be sensitive to the children. Especially if they do not know about the biological history. My experience was that this was an extremely traumatic experience, not just for the non-bio child, but also for the other children. Especially when the issue of visitation arose.
