Collections lawsuit filed
I was just served with a civil suit in Los Angeles Superior Court from a credit card company for $11,000. I understand there is a way I can get it into artibration, which will allow more time for me to try to settle the suit. Are there any ways I can respond to this lawsuit myself, or there self-help legal centers that deal with these kinds of matters?

Also, if you win, your attorney fees are normally paid by the other side.
