Complaint against department of state
Can I file a complaint against the bad service on the US department of state? In particular about the passport processing times and their terrible customer service. If it is possible, where can I do it?

Unless you want to bring a big lawsuit and pay for it, I suggest you contact the DOS and ask them who takes complaints about them; they will have to give you an answer but don't expect things to change any time soon.
