constitutional question

if a superior court judge puts a pelimiary injunction against a business you were working for. And the judge says in the order that I can't work in that field selling the same product of home improvements dosen't that violate my rights to own a living if thats what I know to provide for my family?

There is no constitutional violation. Perhaps you may want to challenge the injunction in court or you may seek employment with another company in your chosen field selling another product.
