Drug testing resulting in termination
I was employed with a company for eight years. Good employee, never disciplined, many drug tests that were all negative. While sick I took a dose of my five year old daughter's prescription cough syrup (1tsp.) and had a drug test that was positive for the codeine. I was immediatly terminated after pleading for another option. Is there any action I can take?

I would recommend a declaratory judgment action as to the efficacy of the test.
