Estate of Father
I am the executor of my fathers estate and I live out of state. My brother has started removing personal property from my dads home and I told him to leave it so it could be divided equally. The will states to divide everything equally. What can I do?

You will probably need to retain the services of a Virginia attorney in the area where the property is located to assist with the probate of the will and the safeguarding of the estate assets.
