Get My Niece From CPS
Over the weekend, my wife's sister got arrested and CPS took her daughter. She is in temporary foster care in an unknown location. What can my wife and I do to get our niece? What is the process? My wife's sister is most likely looking at jail time. We have called the case worker and have left numerous messages with no phone calls being returned to us.

You sister should request that her daughter be placed with you. You can also contact the social worker and request that your sister's daughter be place with you.
