Headstone

My stepmother was the executor of my father's will. Three years later, she still has not put up a headstone. Is there any way that I can make her do it? Could it be said that she has not fulfilled her duties as the executor?

Re: Headstone

Check ans see whether she ordered it. These can take a long time. I'm not sure you can make her do it. An executor's duties are more concerned with paying debts and distributing property.

But you could do it for her. Talk to the cemetary.
