im jack , i m an f-1 student and been in usa from 9 months. Unfortunately i did commit a mistake by stealing some 10$ thing from wall mart and i got arrested and paid some fine worth $500 and again i got a notice from wall mart team after some days to pay 350$ and i paid the money recently. They asked me to attend the court session in november . My concern is about that the court .Can u please help me in knowing what is going to take place or happen in court and i what do i need to confess to the judge and how to over come this. Im going to appy for h1 soon.Does it have any effect on my status when H1 conversion ...please help me sir.
