I got Explunged but now what
I had a misdemeanor charge explunged but I am afraid it will show up on background check when I apply to jobs. Will this effect my chances of getting a job anywhere?

It depends on what kind of job you are looking for. If it's a licensed vocation, then most likely it will be found when they do a search through the department of justice.
