I want sole custody of my child
I have a month old baby that i
want sole custody. Im having
problem with the father of my
child he wants to take him. And
i dont want him too i dont
know where he lives. He is
always threating me that he
going to take me to court and
take my child or threats like he
going to take him and not bring
him back. His father and i are
not marry nor live together. I
fear for me and my child what
should i do and what are my
rights as a single mother.. He
dont give me money for my child
all the expense i take care of.
Could somebody please help me.
What are my rights and what
should i do. His name is on the
birth cert though is that a
problem.

I understand your question to be about having the child live with you and being able to limit visitation to your house until the child is older and than gradually allowing daytime visitation and then, later on allowing overnight visitation upon the condition that the child is in a good environment. You can have this.
