is it legal?
A friend of mine was adopted from India at the age of 8 by an American family. He was physically and mentally abused by them. A friend of the family called DCF- suspecting abuse. After DCF told them to go for family counciling, his parents sent him back to India. Can they do this? Is this legal? My friend is now a US citizen and wants to know if there is any legal action he can take against his parents. He is now 23 years old. The adoption was completely legal. Can someone help???
