I got a ticket going 99 in a 65 mph on the highway but he used a hand held radar gun, should i fight this ticket.

Because this matter is a PA case. You should consult a PA attorney. That being said, you should also do a cost benefit analysis: what is the cost (both money and affect on your DL) vs. the cost of going to PA and fighting the ticket. Only you can assess this. The PA lawyer will be able to help you with an analysis of how the courts in that jurisdiction deal with radar gun speeding tickets. Also keep in mind you are the out of towner here....Good luck.

I agree with Atty Savojni. However I believe the ticket you got with the summons to appear in court ought to be reckless driving and if so get yourself a lawyer

LIDAR and RADAR guns do not also have cameras built in. The officer may have a camera on his/her body or more common, the car may have a dashboard camera. However, it is unlikely that it would record the actual obtaining of the speed reading. The actual reading will be based on the testimony of the officer claiming he/she pointed the device at your vehicle and obtained the speed reading of 99.
