liability
I have a hammock in my backyard. The neighborhood children, ages 9-14 like to play on it. They swing and are pretty hard on it. If it breaks and they get hurt, am I responsible and able to be sued?

If you are a homeowner and you have homeowner's insurance some lawyer will be attracted because there is money there for the injury and children of tender years are never held responsible for their negligence which causes their injury.
