Liens
I haven't been paid on a job we completed on Nov. 2007. I have sent a number of Invoices and statements with no payment, the amount of the bill is $839.01. Can we still submit a lein to the property owner for payment?

Too late for lien! Also, amount owed isn't worth cost of lien and superior court lawsuit. I recommend filing in SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
