Malicious Rumour
My cousin posted a email and sent it web wide on A site called face book saying i molested her when we were younger. No family member has supported her on the matter because of her use of drugs and the attention seeker she is. Now this has been posted all over the web. This has now affect the posibilty of gaining employment. Please advise?

It would constitute defamation. You could sue her if you can prove damages. Also, do you think she has any money upon which to collect. If not, all you will end up with is a piece of paper. If you would like to discuss further, please contact my office.
