Military and Whistleblower Law

What is the best way to pursue a medical retirement once you have been separated? Are you up to the challenge of improving Whistleblower Law as it applies to military members--I believe my separation was negatively influenced by IG filings about combat and non-combat waste. Despite numerous follow ups and Congressional engagement, the DoD has not responded to issues of waste and the impact of reporting it on my career. Can we take the military to court to reveal the waste, require safeguards for military members in Whistleblower Law and increase accountability. Although Whistleblower Law does not offer incentives, such as in Federal cases for the individuals reporting or attorneys, I think that it could be argued that an award of a 10% savings amount or more is reasonable given the manner in which the DoD ignores complaints without fear of punishment or accountability. I had an impressive record, including being nominated for awards by a 4-star General and an 0-6 for saving $100M+ dollars. Also, I have numerous emails from individuals acknowledging the validity of my complaints.
