New Jersey -Superior court. I have appealed the municipal court decision of guilty. Attorney filed brief & prosecutor has concluded 'guilty'.
If I want to appeal the Superior Court decision, will I be sent to jail in the meantime until the appeal is scheduled in the appelate court?
