no response from company after work was performed
I had a wood fence put up by a company in Florida & it's been only 6 months & the fence is coming apart. I can't seem to get a hold of this person. What legal rights do I have and who can I report them to besides better business bureau?

You may have a claim for breach of warranty. If you do have such a claim, whether or not it is worth pursuing will depend on whether any assets can be located for the company in question.
