You would be foolish to try to do a Deed for yourself.
Please, the cost for an attorney's assistance would be only a couple of hundred dollars, maybe less.
If you do not know what you are doing, you may cause a lot of problems for yourself. When to use a quitclaim deed, how to accomplish what you are trying to do, requires a lawyer's help.
