responsbility of llc owner
I own an tree company under an LLC and I am being sued personally for not having workmans comp . can it be done ???? i am being sued by someone who worked for one day that hurt himself admittedly on the job site.

Get a lawyer now. The civil penalties that can be levied against you not to mention the damages can be great. You should not delay get a lawyer immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!
