What can I do to recover money which was used by my sister for her personal use, as my representative payee,which was awarded to me by social security?.

Go to your local Social Security Office. [Or call them at the 800 number >look in the phone book as we cannot post phone numbers here] Advise them of the misappropriation of funds. Also ask that she be removed as your rep payee so she doesn't do it again.
