how can i have my mother taken off my old credit card problems. a summons was sent to her house with both of our name on it but they want her to appear in cout as a third party on my old credit card debt. Is this possible and will it affect her credit.

If she is not an actual debtor on the debt there is no reason for this to effect her credit. They might have wanted her in court as a third part to find out information about you considering they don't seem to have your current address, but that is not normal.
