Trademark

I have a question for you that Ive been trying to find the answer to. I'm trying to a start a new business called Ph^2 which stands for Phucking Phamous, I'm planning on making Tshirts and stuff. There is currently a company that trademarked Phamous which is part of the name that I am using to put on Tshirts and such. I was wondering if I am not allowed to use the Phamous name and if I do use the name on shirts am I going to get in trouble of some sort. I know your probably busy, but thank you for your time.

Re: Trademark

It depends on whether the goods/services for which you use the mark and for which the mark is registered would create a likelihood of confusion. You need to discuss the details of your contemplated use with a trademark lawyer.
