Trip & Fall funding?
Hi everyone. What is the process of funding for a trip & fall case? What is need to get approved? This injury happened due to a deteriorated porch that the landlord didnt fix. He had to know because he maintained control and the porch was leaning. It was also a nys property maintenance code violation. He also got a citation a year later for the same porch and the exact same violation. I was in treatment for a year and had to get surgery. Do you think a company will fund my case?
