Unemployment Re-embersment

I was wrongfully terminated/fired for something that was not true, I am a Union employee and my case is going to arbatration. I have been unemployed for a few months and have been collecting un-employment checks weekly. If I do get my job back, the company will have to pay me all my back pay and etc... Will I be required to pay back the un-employment money that I recieved while I was off work?

Re: Unemployment Re-embersment

No. If you were terminated, you have a right to this benefit and it is money prepaid by your employer for this purpose. It does not; or should not have anything to do with your reinstatment to work.
