when no contract is made in renting to a family member, & we have payed all the bills there, cause he said he would get a job to pay them but hasnt, so whats are rights when no contarct was made between him& me

It is unclear what you are asking. I think you are indicating that you rented a house/room/apartment to a family member, but they have not paid and have not communicated with you for some time. If they have stayed there long enough to get mail there, they cannot just be thrown out by you. You woudl have to evict them the same as any other tenant. Send them awritten ntice to vacate. If they do not, then file an unlawful detainer action in the associate division of the circuit court where the rental place is located. You can do this with or without and attorney, but Pro Se Plaintiffs sometimes miss steps and fail to get the person out.
