As most will know Georgia has been hit with a winter storm. Roads have been virtually unable to travel. The news posted advice from a law firm. It said that if your employer insists that you come in during inclement untravable weather and you wreck, injure someone or destroy property that the employer is liable for any damages. Is this true? If so if you are due to be at probation visit and you can't get there due to the weather do the same laws apply? If they insist that you be there would they be held liable just like an employer? I would appreciate an answer to both questions.
