Person is in direct contact with possible covid-19 patients in an ICU that has already had covid-19 patients occupying it, as well as being in close proximity of co-workers, including a co-worker in same department that has already tested positive for covid-19. Hospital is not only failing at protecting employees, patients and families by not having any virus abatement protocol, but also discouraging employees to wear N-95 masks, and threatening to fire employees.
What would be the hospital's rationale for requiring you to not wear a mask? I would want to talk with someone in management at the hospital or if they're not helpful I'd call the department of public health.
Identity Theft
In 2005 my aunt agreed to cosign for my student signature loan, $8,000.I got all her information from her and filled out all the paperwork. We did the signature electronically. Now in 2008, she has filed a police report against me saying i stole her identity and she knew nothing about the loan, which is untrue. She gave me all her information and was aware of all my actions. I spoke with the detective he wants to arrest me. He said i need to turn myself in and go through central booking to see a judge. Is this the correct proceedure. He is treating me like a criminal. I have a degree and a master's degree in Accounting/Finance no less. What should I do?
