Someone cut me off in vehicle in an Arby’s parking lot, stopped in front of me and wouldn’t let me through, so I had to lay on my horn to get them to move. After they moved and began flicking me off, I had to follow them around the corner because it was the only way out that I knew of. They slowed down to the point of stopping in this other parking lot, so I went around them for safety purposes. Once I made it to the stop light, they stayed back far away and began taking pictures of my car with their phone. Because I didn’t know their intent with the pictures, I stuck my phone out my window and also took pictures of their vehicle. They began flicking me off again when they saw me take a picture of their car. Even though they took pictures of mine. The light turned green and I pulled out with no further incident. Can they find my address with my plate information?
Yes, they could possibly find your address or track you down. This sort of thing is how road rage escalates to tragic outcomes - even blowing your horn, or especially gesturing at them, could be dangerous. Everyone is tense.
